## Who operates this website

In compliance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the website kodalogic.com (the "Site") is operated by:

The Site sells ready-made report templates for Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) and publishes guides about reporting. ## Using the Site

Using the Site makes you a User and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice. Some parts of the Site may have their own conditions, which complete or replace this notice for that part. You agree to use the Site lawfully and in line with this notice, and you are responsible for any damage caused to Kodalogic or to third parties by breaching it.

## Intellectual property

The contents of the Site (texts, screenshots, graphics, images, software, source code, design, trademarks and other distinctive signs) belong to Kodalogic or to third parties who have licensed them. Using the Site gives you no rights over them. Unless the law or Kodalogic expressly allows it, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly communicate, transform or modify the contents, nor extract or reuse them, nor copy the software, images, videos or databases of the Site for private use when that involves reproducing them.

Some mockups and visual assets shown on the Site come from Artboard Studio or are used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence ([CC BY 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)), adapted where applicable.

The following photographs are an exception to the paragraph above. They were taken by the founders of Kodalogic, the copyright belongs to Kodalogic, and Kodalogic releases them under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence ([CC BY-SA 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/)): the photographs of the two founders together used on the [About us](/about-us) page and as a blog cover, the individual portraits of Isaac Correa and Daniel Correa used on their profile pages, and the further photographs of the two founders published under the same licence on [Wikimedia Commons](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:ListFiles/Isaac%5FCorrea%5FVilla). You may reuse them, including commercially and in modified form, as long as you credit Kodalogic and share any adaptation under the same licence. This does not waive the personal image rights of the people portrayed, who have consented to this release.

You may link to the Site provided that: the link opens the linked page in full, without frames or any technique that shows the Site inside another site or next to unrelated content; the linking page does not make false or inaccurate statements about Kodalogic or its products; it does not use the Kodalogic brand or other distinctive signs beyond what the law allows; and it does not contain or link to illegal or harmful content or suggest that Kodalogic endorses it.

## Links from the Site

The Site links to third-party pages and services (for example Google Looker Studio, payment providers and the profiles where our reviews are published). Kodalogic does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. If you believe a link points to illegal or inappropriate content, tell us and we will review it.

## Liability

Kodalogic keeps the Site reasonably secure but cannot guarantee that it is free of malicious software; you are responsible for having adequate protection on your device. Kodalogic is not responsible for damage caused by failures or interruptions in telecommunications networks that prevent access to the Site.

## Applicable law

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute about its interpretation or application is submitted to the courts of Madrid (Spain), without prejudice to any mandatory rules that grant you a different forum.
