Refund policy for Data Studio templates
Purchases are final, because a Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio) template that can be copied cannot be returned; that is why every template has a live demo of the real report to check before you buy.
Why the demo replaces the refund
A template is a report you copy into your own Google account. Once copied it is yours in a way a physical product never is: a return could not take it back. So instead of a refund window we put the whole report in front of you before you pay, running on real data, with every page and filter working.
Three things worth checking in the demo before paying: that it reads the data sources you actually use, that the pages cover the metrics you report on, and that the layout survives your own date range. All three are visible without giving us anything.
If it does not connect to your data
That is not a refund question, it is a setup question, and it is almost always a permissions issue on the Google side: the account you used has no access to the property, or the data source still points at our demo property. Write to us and we walk through it. The report is the same one we run ourselves, so if it does not work for you we want to know why.
